All you need to start using webCRM is a standard PC/Mac with Internet access. There is no software to install, and no issues with reliability, synchronising data, sharing information, maintenance, upgrading or back-ups. Simply log on to webCRM and start working.
You exclusively own your own data in your webCRM system. Should you no longer wish to use webCRM you can easily export all your data to text files or spreadsheets and import then into another system. | | | | | | | | |  | Keeping your data safe
Your data is safe with webCRM. In fact far safer than most in-house applications. You only have to think about all the information held on different laptops to appreciate this.
Our webCRM servers are held in highly secure, under-ground purpose built facilities, and are managed around the clock. Our servers are always kept updated with the latest security patches.
Further security is provided by powerful Cisco routers and two hardware based stateful-inspection firewalls and 2 central layer3 switches.
The servers have two redundant 1 Gbyte fibre Internet connections and redundant power supplies and fire protection. A 160KW diesel generator stands by just in case of a power cut.
Data is stored using raid disk technology, with a daily back-up to a secondary location. We use https secure socket layer to ensure encryption of all communications.
Within the webCRM application authorised users can configured many security options, including:
* Creating up to 90 security access levels.
* Grouping Users with similar rights.
* Restrict access to records by Territories and Responsible.
* Restrict Access to View, edit or delete.
* Restrict Access to menus, modules and Utilities.
