Easily configure webCRM to match your needs. Enable only what you actually need to make the system easy to use. Enable different or more features and data fields as your requirements changes.
You can change the graphics and appearance of the webCRM screen, either individually by User or by a common default. This includes white labeling your system by adding a custom image/logo at the top.
Modules and features can be turned on an off. Even individual system fields can be turned on and off.
You can change the list of options in most system field Drop Down boxes
Over 200 custom fields can be created. These can be of type List, Multi select list, Numeric, Text, Note, Date, Checkbox or Web-link. You can control whether certain custom fields are mandatory and have unique values. This is useful for updating data between different systems.
You can change the Terminology for most of the data items. For example changing the default "Organisation" to "Customer" or "Delivery" to "Project"
You can define User Groups which is useful for managing Users who share a common configuration. You can have many different types of User groups. | |
