webCRM doubles its customer base

2010 was a very good year for webCRM and webCRM customers. We launched more new functionality to the system than ever before. More than 30 minor and larger enhancement where launched including an API (enabling webCRM to talk to almost any ERP system) and an integration to Google Map enabling a quick overview of where your customers and leads are physically located. Despite the upgrades of the webCRM we believe we still maintain our uniqueness as the easiest CRM system to set up and get started with.

2010 also marked a doubling of the webCRM customer base. More than 3000 new users have started using webCRM during 2010, and we have seen a significant increase in the no. of users for each customer.

We are also very pleased to note, that the new functionalities of the system has resulted in many larger companies who also find looking in to webCRM interesting. To support our continued growth we have opened new offices in Sweden and Holland during 2010. In 2011 will we start marketing in Poland and Germany as well. Overall we expect close to a doubling of our customer base also in 2011.

Therefore we wish all new and existing customers and very happy New Year. We hope that the webCRM system will continue to support our customers’ profitable growth to our mutual benefit.

Owing to the success of our webCRM Introductory Training webinars for potential customers, we are now holding more each week.

Held on-line as a group session each event is a none sales, no nonsense workshop designed to help you rule webCRM in or out as a potential CRM solution for your business.

The new PDF generator in webCRM means you can create PDF documents to store and email.

Insert merge fields and images from a drop-down list in the editor

Supports merging with uploaded images for example logos and photos

Save merged documents directly as a PDF file (ready to attach to emails) - no need for conversions from Word.

Edit the merged PDF document directly before saving. No need to download the file, edit, save locally, convert to PDF and then upload back to webCRM.
