The overview your sales reps need is most likely not, what your support consultants or managers need. Each user can adapt and switch between list views to fit his daily needs.
Make A and B lists in Activities, Opportunities and Support with the search and display fields you need.
In Organisations, you can chose between an Organisation list and a Person list. With the Person list, you can search in and display data from the contact card as well as the company card, e.g. name, job title, phone number, customer type, customer status, or city.
Switch list view with a single click whenever your tasks change. Find the “Change overview settings”-icon on the right hand side of your list view.
